Whalecome to Condo La Ballena! 'La Ballena' means 'The Whale' in Spanish. The first time my family came down to Rehoboth, we were gifted with the rare sighting of a whale splashing its fluke just beyond the break. This unusual sighting reminded us that there is magic all around us, and you never know what surprises await.
That moment inspired the name of our condo—and the spirit of adventure and wonder we hope every guest feels when they stay here. Whether you're watching dolphins play in the morning surf, enjoying the sunrise at Cape Henlopen State Park, or simply relaxing by the pool, Condo La Ballena is your place to reconnect, recharge, and maybe even spot a whale or two.
A quiet, relaxing 2 BR/2BA condo that is centrally located within 10-15 minute drive to Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk and Lewes beaches. Ideal for beachgoers and outlet shoppers, minutes to Cape Henlopen State Park, Junction & Breakwater Trail, and within easy reach of breweries, restaurants, outlet shopping, and entertainment. Amenities include washer/dryer in unit, air conditioning/heat, dishwasher, microwave oven, fully stocked kitchen, high-speed wifi internet, smart Roku television, coffee maker and ample parking spaces. The condo is furnished and partially carpeted throughout. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and the 2nd bedroom has a full-sized bed plus one children's bunk twin bed. Both bedrooms have full bathrooms, walk-in closets and TVs. A screened-in porch adds to the charm of this space and there’s plenty of natural lighting throughout. Great for couples (with/without kids), solo adventurers, business travelers, or if you want a great vacation. The community pool is only available during the season (Memorial Day-Labor Day).
